Too bad early video tape had such poor sound. I notice the tempo is slowed down a lot, and I feel that kind of ruins the piece. Is that something one has to do because of the 5+ second reverb?
Funny how a "hornpipe" used to be in 3/2 time, and now is almost strictly 2/4 or "alla breve/cut-time"... No Scottish bagpipers or Irish fiddlers would recognize this piece as a "hornpipe" in any way... To modern musicians, this will sound more like a "retreat march" or some variation of a jig/"gigue".
Not bad! I guarantee you this, the way that woman gets into her music when she plays, bobbing her head and all, she could play pipe organ for a hard rock band and make it look and sound good, lol!

Simply awe-inspiring. The organ, the composer and the organist. I wonder whether Handel ever imagined his Water Music sounding so grand.
