What a rich, golden presence he was. A first rate singer & singer, ahead of his time and born in the wrong one. Simply sublime stuff. This is one song I want played at my funeral.
Since I was about 7, after my mother died, my dad would play this song a lot in the car and at home. At first I just thought as it as a song he liked but now im much older and have listened to this song ever since I have come to the realisation that it is simply beautiful and he was an amazing musician. RIP Nick Drake - such a tragic death.
He reminds me a bit of Paddy Considine. Whenever musicians write beautiful songs, some usually suffer with demons and Mr Drake is no exception. God Bless you Sir your legacy Remains untarnished ✊

We would all be better people, and the world a more peaceful place, if we listened to more Nick Drake. Stunningly beautiful.

I used to sing this song to my daughter as a lullaby. So perfect.

Got every album he wrote. If he just had gotten so addicted to sentiment and beautiful misery and loneliness...RIP Nick x

I feel bad his jacket was too small they say he hated being tall.

A true genius whose simplicity of his music influenced many. Can only imagine the extent of his greatness that would have continued for many years.
