We deferred a family holiday by a week just to enjoy this performance of Tosca. It was aired over a weekend, broadcast live from location in Rome, with each act staged both at the time of day and the place (Castel Sant’Angelo, Palazzo Farnese etc) set down by Puccini. It worked wonderfully well and Domingo was superb. What a performance.Thanks for posting. Great memories of nearly 27 years ago !
