The music video for Rosanne Cash's #1 hit Seven Year Ache (1981) was directed by Arnold Levine, and produced by Yvonne May. It was filmed at EXIT/IN Nashville Music Forum in Nashville, Tennessee, and features Rosanne Cash singing on stage to a crowded audience, accompanied by her band. Rosanne's black outfit looks similar to Johnny's, but her dress is exaggerated.
"Seven Year Ache" was Rosanne Cash's 3rd album released on Columbia Records on February 28, 1981, the album produced three singles: the title track, My Baby Thinks He's a Train, and Blue Moon with Heartache. Prior to that album's release, Cash hit the talk show circuit, starting with her first appearance on The Merv Griffin Show.
Very very good... I was to busy to listen to music for many years... LOL.. But this is Great.. I had no idea she could sing so good... Good Job Rose...
I dont know why but when i hear this song i lose all concentration of what im doing tears come to my eyes and i think of my 2004 kia optima its been through alot and my dad would not let me store it because im too young too drive it and i never have enough allowance too buy a battery for it to work needs tags too but it went through 2 hailstorms and stood their and took it, when went out to check on the next day i could swear i saw an angel hovering over it! I SWEAR! and all of my parents cars were damaged dont know how this happened but this is for real a miricle if i ever saw one.
Great vocals great song. Personally this song could be just an instrumental. The lyrics make me cringe for Rosanne. flat top box is stellar as are so many others.
