It definitely sounds like she was talking to her previous label through the lyrics. I feel bad for whatever she had to go through with ppl in the industry. I loved her sound, dance and image. Her innocence was an asset, not a burden. But her being "grown" is also her showing how beautiful she has blossomed and matured as well.
Watching this after watching her new song “Switch Up”. She has always been dope! Purely underrated, because she was never for the bullsh**. Much respect!!
I always thought this song was so powerful at 15 when I felt so lost and stuck, and controlled in my own world. This was very liberating for me. Especially in a very upper class private school with no freedom, it felt good to dance to this in my room when I was 14 and 15

If you’re under the age of 18, you aren’t “grown”.
