I found out about this band when they played this song at the funeral of one of my very close friends. He passed away last November at age 25 and is in Heaven with Jesus. This song reminds me of how grateful I am for our friendship, but moreso for the fact that I will see him again. ❤
Honestly worship songs don’t hit me as hard as this song does. The end when it’s just singing an anthem....I imagine being in heaven and yelling with all of my brothers and sister...with everything I have left....
I finally felt Gods love this Sunday.. It was the warmest and most lovely feeling i have had in a long time, so i am indeed looking to feel all of Gods love and grace. Because it makes so much sense for me, and he removes all my fears and anxiety in one sitting
Hey guys I was at your show in Pocatello last night! You guys were amazing live!! As I’m listening this morning, I’m thinking I should have let you know how much East to West has impacted me. The last year has been super super rough, and through it all, God has been teaching me to not wallow in my circumstances, but instead to keep my eyes on Him and the hope in what Jesus has done for me on the cross and to find my true joy in knowing HIM. East to West was the first song of yours that I stumbled upon and I don’t think that was a coincidence but God’s doing for sure. And you can bet it has been on repeat on those harder days! I was hoping you’d play it last night, but since not, I guess it’s just another excuse to see you guys again! Besides the fact that you guys are amazing! So thanks for this song, your hearts, and for you willingness to let the Lord use you in mine and others lives! And thanks again for letting me buy a shirt and CD super last minute and taking the time to sign them
